Order and Delivery
Artwork
We can reproduce most logos unless they are extremely intricate - send in your artwork (by email preferably)and we can recommend the best method of reproduction for you. There is no cost per letter or limit in length to your design - you can have a repeating logo along the length of the neckstrap, or one long design spanning the whole length of the neck strap.
Colours
We can match practically any colour, for the neck strap material or print. If you have a Pantone or PMS reference, we can match that - Full colour list here. Please note the industry standard for pantone matching dyed material is +/- 10%, and colours can often not be reproduced on a computer screen.
Having a custom dyed colour adds 5-7 days on to lead time (so 2-3 weeks).
Ordering
Once you are happy with your design and specification, after consultation with one of our neck strap advisors, simply email or fax your order to us, and we will get production started. For custom neck straps, we will supply you with a picture of the finished neck strap (time permitting if you have an urgent order) to approve before mass production. Please pay special attention to this sample picture - check that the text/colours/clips/safety breaks (if applicable) are all correct, as we cannot rectify post production.
If you are happy with the sample picture, please send us an email to approve, and we will go to mass production.
Delivery and Turnaround
If we have your neckstrap in stock (eg a plain unprinted or a stock printed neckstrap), we can often deliver the next day - contact us to check available colours and stock levels.
For customised neckstraps, the lead time is normally 1-3 weeks. If you have an urgent deadline, we can turn an order of printed neckstraps round in 6-7 days, please contact up to check. We do not charge extra for this service. The colour selection is limited to stock colours.
Payment
After confirming you order, you will receive an invoice. Payment before delivery is required for first time orders - for subsequent orders, 30 days credit from date of ordering may be extended (subject to credit check).
We can accept payment by credit card, cheque or BACS, whichever is most convenient for you.
To make it easier for us to process and deliver your order quickly, please let us know if there is a specific person/address that your invoice should be sent to.
